A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. We provide free samples, but the freight will be borne by you, and the cost will be returned to you or deducted from your order later.

A: Usually we provide the packing as 25 kg / bag or carton. Of course, if you have special requirements on them, we will according to you.

A: We will make samples before mass production and start mass production after sample approval. 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packaging.

A: you can get free samples for some products. You only need to pay for transportation or arrange express delivery to take samples for us. You can send us your product specifications and requirements. We will make products according to your requirements.
Q11: how do you deal with quality complaints?
A: first of all, our quality control will reduce the quality problem to nearly zero. If the actual quality problem is caused by
us, we will send you free goods for replacement or refund.

A: We are chemical factory in China. So we can provide wholesale price.
