2. Hongdenafil / Acetil denafil Usage:

It is a designer drug which acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It is a structural analogue of Sidenafil  , which has been detected in numerous different brands of supposedly erbal aphrodisiac products sold to boost libido and alleviate . It is a designer drug which acts as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It is a structural analogue of Sidenafil .

Acetild enafil is currently an unregulated phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor (PDE5-I's). So it has the same mechanism of action as and other ED medications.
Since it is completely untested there really isn't any solid information on dosing. Generally for PDE5-I's the dosage is 5-10mg about one hour before  activity. But I would recommend starting as low as possible then slowly working your way up in dosage. It is also recommended that you don't exceed 20 mg in one day.
That being said there is no data on how well this drug works or if it causes any serious health problems. In general for PDE5-I's you cannot take any type of nitrate (usually taken for chest pain) as it can cause a very dangerous drop in blood pressure. Other things to watch out for would be vision or hearing changes. If you notice either stop taking right away and go see your doctor.
