In 1906, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) was discovered as an important coenzyme in human body, and the relationship between NAD+ level and aging has been continuously clarified in the past century [1,2]. In 2007, NAD+ direct precursor nicotinamide RIbose (NR) was officially launched as the "elixir of life" [3]. In 2013, another direct precursor of NAD+, nicotinamide mono-nucleotide (NMN), was also discovered by the "star producer" geneticist David A. Sinclair
