Q1. What's your delivery time?
A: Usually we will arrange the shipment in 7 -15 days.

Q2. How about the packing?
A: Usually we provide the packing as 25 kg/bag or carton. Of course, if you have special requirements for them, we will according to you.

A: Our Area sales manager will contact you as soon as possible within 24 hours one working day!

Q4. How about the validity of the products?
A: According to the products you ordered.

Q5. What documents do you provide?
A: Usually, we provide a Commerical Invoice, Packing List, Bill of loading, COA, Health certificate, and Origin certificate. If your markets have any special requirements, let us know.

Q6. Can I have a sample order for your products?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity more than

Q8. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Low MOQ, 10-100g for sample checking is available

Q9. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q10. How to proceed with an order for your products?
A: First let us know your requirements or application. Then, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. After that, the customer confirms the samples and places a deposit for the formal order. Finally, We arrange the production.

Q11. Is it OK to print my logo on package?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q12. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are a chemical factory in China. So we can provide wholesale price.
